Return and Refund Policy:
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of ordering.
The deadline for cancelling an order is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods or taking possession of the product by a third party designated by you and who is not the carrier.

We will refund you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.
Please note that items on sale are not eligible for return.
If your order has not yet been shipped and you wish to cancel it, please note that a 20% refund fee will be applied. This fee covers the administrative and processing costs associated with canceling your order.
Conditions for returns:
To be eligible for return, please ensure that:
- The goods were purchased within the last 14 days
- The goods are in the original packaging
- The goods were not promoted
The following goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of goods manufactured to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date has passed.
- The supply of goods which cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have not been sealed after delivery.
- The supply of goods on promotion when purchasing
- The supply of goods which are, after delivery, in accordance with their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions, at our sole discretion.
Return of goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You must send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return. We are unable to issue a refund without an actual receipt of the goods or proof of delivery.
Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the product wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
